For over 100 years the list of ingredients for our German PEMA wholegrain rye bread has remained unchanged: rye, water, a little salt – and nothing else. Our company is founded upon the region’s traditions and culture. Our objectives are based upon simplicity and harmony: achieving them, however, is anything but simple. In as much as we live for tradition, we also love innovation.
