For over 100 years the list of ingredients for our German PEMA wholegrain rye bread has remained unchanged: rye, water, a little salt – and nothing else. Our company is founded upon the region’s traditions and culture. Our objectives are based upon simplicity and harmony: achieving them, however, is anything but simple. In as much as we live for tradition, we also love innovation. The traditional processing of our rye and the production of our bread takes place using modern technology combined with continuous technical development.
